What is happening

Alert: database CPU 100% and redirect errors above 5%, four minutes after the 14:00 deploy.

The deploy changed the app servers’ settings file. The cache boxes are up and healthy, but nothing is reading from them.

Find what the deploy broke and fix it before the evening promo SMS goes out.
