What is happening

Alert: search-indexing queue above 20,000 jobs and growing; store managers say price changes do not show in search.

Someone moved the indexing workers to the smallest instance size to save money. Since then the workers are 100% busy whenever an import runs.

Make the index catch up within 30 seconds of the import rush, without losing an update and within the budget.
